Returns and Refunds Policy
We understand that sometimes products may need to be returned or exchanged, and we are here to assist you through the process. Our goal is to make the return or exchange process as easy as possible for our valued customers. Please review the following information to learn more about our return policy and how to initiate a return.
You are entitled to return your order within 14 days. If we receive no communication from you within 7 days of delivery regarding any issues with the items you have had delivered, we will assume you have received the items in full working order and with no problems.
The deadline for returning your order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have a problem with the goods you have received.
In order to exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order. If you return goods to us with no reason or were not faulty then you will incur a restocking fee of 20%
Conditions for Returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that –
- The goods were purchased in the last 14 days and you have notified us in the first within the first 7 days of receiving your goods
- The goods are in the original packaging and the same condition as on delivery, i.e. new sealed parts have to be returned to us in new sealed condition
The following goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion
Returning Goods:
Cost of shipping may or may not be returned to you depending on a case by case basis.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment unless shipped on our account. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
