Returns FAQs

You are entitled to return your order within 30 days of the delivery date.

All orders are considered final if we do not receive any communication from you within 30 days of delivery (subject to terms and conditions).
If you wish to return an item for any reason, this must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery. You then have a further 7 days to return the item, with all packaging and documentation, for evaluation/inspection.
